By accessing or using Neon Words, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

Use of Service

You agree to use Neon Words only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for your use of the service.

Advertising and Monetization

We use Google AdMob to display ads within our app. By using Neon Words, you consent to the display of ads and the collection of data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Purchases and In-App Products

One-Time Purchases: If you purchase a "Remove Ads" or other one-time in-app products, the terms of these purchases are governed by the applicable platform billing policies (depending on your device). Refunds and cancellations are subject to the respective platform policies.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions: Some features of Neon Words may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions. The following terms apply to all subscription purchases:

Subscription terms:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price as the original subscription
• The length of each subscription period and pricing information are clearly displayed in the app at the time of purchase
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions from your device's account settings or platform billing settings (depending on your device)
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but cancellation will not take effect until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for unused portions of subscription periods
• You will continue to have access to subscription features until the end of your current billing period after cancellation

Free Trials: If a subscription includes a free trial period, you may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel during the trial period, you will be automatically charged for the full subscription price.

No Account Required

Neon Words does not require users to create an account or log in. All features of the app can be used without registration.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data in Neon Words are the property of their respective owners. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Neon Words is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to any issues arising from subscription billing or service interruptions.

Changes to Terms

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
